At True Blue Heat and Air LLC, we are confident in the quality of our installations and committed to the complete satisfaction of our customers.

For a period of 12 months following the date of your installation, if you are unhappy for any reason with the work performed and/or the equipment provided and if we can not otherwise resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will remove the equipment we have provided and furnish you with a complete refund.

We are able to offer this extraordinary guarantee due to our commitment to old fashioned craftsmanship and the pride that we put into every job we perform.

No Worry Warranty

True Blue Heat and Air LLC offers an optional No Worry Warranty. We will warranty all equipment, materials, and labor installed by True Blue Heat and Air LLC included with the installation of your new system. We will even take care of the items not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty!

This will include the following:

• Manufacturers equipment
• Refrigerant
• Ductwork
• Registers and return grills
• Refrigerant piping
• Condensate piping, auxiliary pan and safety switches
• Electrical disconnects and wiring.
• Equipment pads.

No Worry Warranty guidelines:

Service call fee applies per warranty incident

Requires annual consecutive maintenance with True Blue Heat and Air LLC Club Membership

Warranty coverage void due to lack of proper maintenance or required repairs

Not included: maintenance, cleaning, drain repairs, water damage, mold, loss of product, or reimbursement for temporary living arrangements
